Cancellations

Cancellations must be received a minimum of 24-hours prior to reservation date/check in. Late cancellations will result in your card being charged for a single night’s stay at the regular rate of the reservation.

Check In and Out

Check-in starts at: 3:00 pm, Check-out time is 11:00 am. Photo identification and credit card or cash deposit are required at check-in for Security Deposit & incidental charges.

Minimum check-in age is 21.

Special Requests

Special requests are subject to availability upon check-in and may incur additional charges. Special requests cannot be guaranteed. No roll-away beds available.

Pet Policy

Pets are accepted in our Pet Friendly rooms only. Pet fee is charged per pet at $20.00 per night in hotel rooms, two pets per room maximum, A security deposit is required, in addition to the $200.00 accommodation security deposit paid at check in.

Extended stay with pets is a $300 flat fee.

We are a Non-Smoking Facility

As of January 31, 2009 we are pleased to announce that we are no longer offering smoking rooms. All Grand View guest rooms are NON-smoking.

Deposit Payments

Deposit: $200.00 (overnight accommodations) and $300 (corporate suites) per stay, by cash or credit card. Card must and will be authorized for $200.00 for all deposits made by credit card.
